Who is Anubis? Why does Anubis run from the gods? Why does he take the form of the recently deceased? Who is the dog following him? What might he learn in the mortal world?

08/10/25- Entry One In all honesty I had no great intention or desire to create a platform in which to parade my inner most thoughts surrounding potential ideas and concepts. I tend to work best at night, surrounded by my unfinished or ongoing projects in order to understand where the overall outcome would take me. I write, draw and listen to the music that I find closest resembling an environment or feeling best suiting a character. Many of my concepts center around the concept of death, rebirth and mythological entities such as those contained within the Duat (Egyptian) and The Underworld (Greek/Roman). Other concepts I have mainly fixated on are those within gothic horror, the routes that intertwine ancient religion and deities and Science Fiction (Sci Fi). Although many of my concepts and interests do not always align, I like to take a modern or abstract retelling of a story or myth to better understand myself and the world around me.
